Being a self-funded company, NIC concentrates on short term financing of consumer- and agricultural-type loans. A substantial portion of NIC's loan portfolio originates from agricultural-type loans known as "Auction Contracts." This is credit granted at NIC auctions for the purchase of auction items. The ability to extend credit at our auctions greatly enhances the outcome of the auction.
